Flight Reviews & Renewals

In accordance with CASA's rules and regulations, one of the requirements to maintaining your commercial or private aeroplane licence, multi-engine class rating or instrument rating is to undertake a flight review or renewal. These must be conducted within a maximum period of 2 years from your previous flight review (or your flight test). National Aviation Academy offers Flight Reviews for commercial, private, single-engine, multi-engine and IFR pilots.

These flight reviews are designed to keep you up to speed with the ever changing aviation world and also give you the ever important re-currency on all emergencies which, unless you’re an instructor, you may not generally practice as a commercial pilot. One thing we can guarantee is that you will learn something new when you come and complete an aeroplane flight review with us

The flight review consists of some ground theory and a flight review in accordance with the CASR's. The duration of the flight reviews may vary for each individual. Commercial IFR flight reviews and Instrument Proficiency checks can only be conducted by a third-party examiner, and we will require notice to arrange this for you. Please get in touch directly for costs and availability.

If you wish to book a flight review or have any enquiries please contact our office by phone on 07 4772 4997 or via email [email protected]
